How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your BolaClash account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

1. Self-Service Deletion

You can delete your account directly through the application profile settings once logged in.

2. Email Request

If you are unable to access your account, you can email us at support@bolaclash.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account.

3. Data Deleted

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove the following data from our active databases:

  • Your profile information (name, email, avatar URL).
  • Your entire prediction history and leaderboard rankings.
  • Your session and authentication tokens.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours.
